About the Company
The corporate office and manufacturing facility for Marion Mold & Tool Inc. are located in Marion, Virginia, along Virginia’s Technology Corridor.
Our expert staff utilizes precision equipment and machining capabilities to produce difficult but exact complex geometric parts for industries that have the most stringent of standards.
Our 31,000-square-foot facility is environmentally controlled. The Quality Control and Calibration Lab is also environmentally controlled with a temperature range of 68-74 degrees Fahrenheit, relative humidity controlled between 40% and 60%, and isolated from vibrations in the manufacturing area.
Our clients in the defense, aerospace, extrusion, textile and automotive sectors trust that an order from us will always arrive on time, on budget and with flawless execution.
We push on when others give up. Our experience working in conventional materials allows us to push the envelope with exotic and experimental materials in order to achieve the best possible product for our clients’ end use.
Employee-owned since 2011, Marion Mold & Tool has been in business for over 65 years. We are a small HUB Zone Business and our Aerospace program is certified to the latest revision of ISO 9001 and AS9100.
Our History
A Trusted Brand for Close-Tolerance Machining
Marion Mold & Tool established operations in June 1957. We became incorporated in January 1980 and moved to our current facility in August 1981. Today, Marion Mold & Tool Inc. operates in a 31,000-square-foot facility along Interstate 81 in Southwest Virginia.
To assure continued growth and business plan succession, Marion Mold & Tool Inc. established an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) in October 2011. We are now staged for carrying on our history of quality and customer satisfaction while we continue to develop our commercial customer engineering services and leading-edge machining technology that have made us a trusted brand for close-tolerance for aerospace, automotive and specialized commercial industries.
